By signing up for and participating in any classes, programmes, or activities at The Grind Fitness, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Membership Agreement

By becoming a member of The Grind Fitness, you agree to the terms of this membership agreement, including payment of membership fees, adherence to gym rules and policies, and participation in activities. Membership fees are payable monthly or as specified at the time of registration. Non-payment of fees may result in suspension or termination of membership. Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the person whose name appears on the membership.

2. Assumption of Risk

Participation in physical activities at The Grind Fitness involves inherent risks, including injury or medical conditions. By joining, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks. The Grind Fitness is not liable for any injury, accident, or health issue that arises from participation.

3. Liability Waiver

You release and discharge The Grind Fitness, its owners, employees, trainers, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from injuries or incidents during activities, whether on-site or virtual.

4. Use of the Circular App

At The Grind Fitness, we manage our community and memberships using the Circular app. All members are required to use the app for scheduling, updates, and communication. A R25 monthly digital fee will be charged to cover the cost of the technology, ensuring smooth management and access to our services.

5. Professional Coaching

Our programmes are overseen by professional coaches. However, certain classes may be led by non-certified individuals for reasons we deem appropriate. Participants accept the risks associated with variations in instruction.

6. Health and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to participate. We recommend consulting with a physician before beginning any programme. The Grind Fitness should be notified of any pre-existing medical conditions.

7. Personal Property

The Grind Fitness is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

8. Class Availability

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel classes based on operational needs or trainer availability.

9. Code of Conduct

Members must behave respectfully toward other participants and staff. Violations may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

10. Photography, Video, and Social Media Content

By attending classes or participating in events at The Grind Fitness, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, videos, and other media content may be created for social media, marketing, or promotional purposes. You consent to being featured in such content without compensation. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us in writing prior to participation.

11. Payment and Refunds

All fees, including membership and the digital technology fee, must be paid in advance. Refunds are not provided for missed classes or cancellations unless specified. Membership may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice, and cancellation fees may apply.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of any changes.
